A versatile flush door that allows for the setting of dimensions to match wall thickness. This flush door can accommodate lightweight partitions and RC walls, with adjustable outer frame dimensions. The outer frame mounted on the wall is made of silver anodized aluminum extruded material, which prevents cracking of the anodized finish, such as that seen with bending. Additionally, the frame depth can be specified in 10mm increments from 110mm to 200mm, and a welding anchor material tailored to the frame depth will be attached before shipping. The lock can be equipped with latch-type locks such as lever handles or round knobs, as well as Gremlin handles or electric locks. The four-sided frame has a stainless steel bottom. In the case of a three-sided frame, it includes a bottom with an adjustable rubber for alignment, as well as a door bottom specification that meets airtight performance grade A-4. There is also an option to add a stainless steel kick plate at the bottom.
